Digital Skills Competition for 11-16yr olds

The Yorkshire and the Humber Regional Cyber Crime Unit have a fantastic Cyber and digital skills competition for 11-16 year old's, in KS3 and KS4, who are attending schools in Yorkshire and the Humber - Cyber Switch Up.
The Aims of Cyber Switch Up:

Showcase the digital and cyber skills & talent of young people across Yorkshire & Humber,

Educate and promote digital & cyber pathways for higher and further education,

Raise awareness of the diverse digital & cyber career pathways available to young people,

Promote Cyber Choices messaging – encourage positive and lawful cyber behaviours in young people.

Online qualifier (open to all) – a series of short exercises/puzzles based on digital and cyber themes (one entry per person) –
e-certificate awarded to all participants,

In-person one day finals event for the highest performing participants – series of hands-on fun and challenging exercises/puzzles in a ‘gaming arena’ format based on digital and cyber themes – merchandise, trophies and prizes on offer to all participants

The online qualifier will take place between 24th April- 30th April.
In person final to take place on the 8th August.
